The mission of the INFORMS Student Chapter at the University of Iowa is to support and connect students at the Tippie College of Business, and other departments in the University of Iowa, by promoting the practical and research-driven application of operations research, management science, and advanced analytics.
Our chapter advances professional and academic development by creating opportunities for students to engage with modern analytical methods, computational tools, and real-world decision problems. We strive to build a collaborative and inclusive community that prepares members to contribute meaningfully to research, industry, and data-driven leadership.
